Power Electrical Technology

Welding is a traditional fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics by power electrical technology application. There are many different types of electrodes used in the shielded metal arc welding. The TIG electrodes are widely used as   joining process in numbers of many areas. While the aerospace, mechanical industries are one of the primary users of tungsten welding electrodes.

Pure tungsten and containing various oxide additive tungsten electrodes

1. Range of use :apply to protecting arc welding with inert gases and plasma jointing ,cutting ,spraying and smelting.
2. Properties of the products :high melting point ,steady electric arc ,without self-consume .Tungsten increasing 0.15-4% Tho 2 ,Zro 2 ,Lao 2 ,Ceo 2 ,which can reduce the loss of tungsten pole ,prolong its life ,not pollute the welding seam ,increase launching ability of tungsten pole electrons and so on Therefore ,the quality of welding seam is high.
3. Export tungsten electrodes execute ISO 6848 international standard and AWS5.12,,the chemical composition of major tungsten electrodes see Table 1.
4. Size and size tolerance:             diameter:
  Φ0.1~15mm
     
tolerance: ≤ Φ2.5 mm 士0.05mm ;  > Φ2.5 mm 士0.1mm
     
Length:  150mm, 175mm, 178mm,or by customized request. Length tolerance:±1mm  
5. Flat degree :not large 0.5% length of electrodes.
6. Quality of surface :smooth ,clear ,no defect ,no greasy dirt and other impurity.
7. The end surface of electrodes should be even ,smooth and no burrs ,the section has no internal defect.

Molybdenum WIRE for Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM)
