As a reliable and versatile form of renewable energy, solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are expected to become a dominant energy source.

Polycrystalline silicon is a key component of Solar panel construction.The use of polycrystalline silicon in the production of solar cells requires less material and therefore provides for higher profits and increased manufacturing throughput. Polycrystalline silicon ingot now is mostly produced by DSS(Directional Solidification System) to make a huge  weight upto 450~600kg in unit Ingot.
